More than 150 Club supporters came together on September 8th, 2007 to celebrate the successful opening of the newly-renovated 45th Street Boys & Girls Club.

Longtime Club supporters Suzie Burke, Bill Tsoukalas, Rob Dunn, Dick Spady and Mike Peck were inducted onto WBGC's Honorary Board.  A brief video highlighted the Club's renovation process, which took more than three years and two distinct phases.

Several Club alumni came to the event and reminisced about their time roller skating in the gym and hanging out in the gamesroom.  Everyone agreed that the remodeled Club will provide an awesome space for kids while still preserving the Club's unique history.
