Volunteer

There is always a vital need for volunteers to help with homework, special events, games, and mentoring directly with Club members. If you wish to volunteer at one of our child care sites, please contact that site’s director.

To volunteer in our drop-in program or to work as a tutor, please send an email stating your interest to Meghan Sweet at msweet@positiveplace.org.

If you are interested in volunteering as a coach for one of our athletic programs, please contact Adam Monda at amonda@positiveplace.org.

All potential volunteers should note the following:

• Volunteers must pass criminal background check before interacting with youth
• No one-to-one interactions between youth and volunteers are permitted
• Court-ordered community service hours cannot be completed at WBGC
• Volunteer selection is at the discretion of program director
